About Me

I’m Emily Rice (she/her), a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO, #10776). I am also a qualifying member with the Ontario Society of Registered Psychotherapists (OSRP, #61775518).

I do this work because I believe that everyone has the potential and deserves to achieve their desired growth and transformation. During my BSc in Psychology, I became increasingly interested in understanding who I am as a person, who I want to be as a person, where emotions come from, how emotions serve me, how psychological healing happens, and how the mind and body are connected. I realized that these wonderings were my passions. This led me to engage with others about these ideas and I decided that this is what I want to do with my life. I want to help others navigate their own questions and challenges about themselves and their lives and walk alongside their paths of self-healing.
